Payments: To confirm your booking for all contracted services, you are required to make an advance payment, and the balance can be settled either before your departure from your home country or upon your arrival in INDIA, but definitely before the commencement of the services. The specific amount for the advance payment will be determined by our management based on the nature of the service and the time remaining before the service begins. In certain cases, such as Special Train Journeys or bookings during peak seasons (X-Mas, New Year), full payment must be made in advance.
Mode of Payment: Overseas advance payments can be made through Wire Transfer to our bank.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of canceling tour or travel services due to any unavoidable reasons, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will be applicable from the date we receive the cancellation advice, as follows: • 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour or service cost • 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour or service cost • 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour or service cost • 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund Please note that we accept written cancellations on all working days, except Sundays. Cancellations sent on Sundays will be considered on the next working day (Monday). For the X-mas and New Year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan, the payment is non-refundable. If you cancel the trip after commencement, the refund will be limited and dependent on the amount we can recover from the hoteliers/contractors we work with. We are not responsible for refunding unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation, missed meals, etc.
Wildlife Safaris Cancellation: All wildlife safaris booked in Indian Wildlife National Parks/Sanctuaries are non-refundable, and date change requests will also be treated as cancellations with no refunds.
Our Liabilities & Limitations: Please be aware that after finalizing the Tour or service Cost, any increase in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India will be charged as extra.
Rahsafar.com acts solely as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, railways, and contractors providing various services. All exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets issued by us are subject to the terms and conditions of these service providers.
All itineraries are sample itineraries intended to provide a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Various factors such as weather, road conditions, and the physical abilities of participants may necessitate itinerary changes, either before or during the tour. We reserve the right to modify the schedule in the interest of the safety, comfort, and well-being of the trip participants.
Our rates are based on negotiated rates with hotels, airlines, and other service providers. However, hotels and airlines retain the right to modify their rates without notice, and in such cases, the rates quoted before the modification may be adjusted accordingly by us.
We are not responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or expenses incurred, directly or indirectly, due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, machinery or equipment breakdowns, transport issues, weather conditions, sickness, landslides, political closures, or any untoward incidents.
We shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, damage to persons, property, or other issues related to accommodations, transportation, or other services resulting, directly or indirectly, from acts of God, dangers, fires, accidents, machinery or equipment breakdowns, transport issues, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
We do not have any insurance policies covering expenses related to accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to make suitable insurance arrangements in their home countries. All baggage and personal property are at the client’s risk at all times.
Please note: We will not be responsible for costs arising from unforeseen circumstances such as landslides, roadblocks, bad weather, and so on.
